I bought an original X-box just to play the game, and then follow up with the rest. This game although older is simply awesome, you make decisions that point the game in different directions and I spend hours at a time playing. The graphics are great even when put up against todays games. If you have not played this and are a Star Wars fan you need to pick this up and try it, you won't be disappointed trust me.Read full review...

Disappointed and angry.
I know the game is fantastic but the game disk did not work properly though it was claimed to be of acceptable condition therefore in working order. I am disappointed in the transaction and I'd like these types of issues to be kept from happening to others.Read full review...

Definitely a gem of a game
Great game! I missed out on it the first time around as I had a PS2 but I recently purchased and original xbox and I'm catching up on missed games. Definitely a great purchase.

Game works like a charm. Box and manual are in great condition, the disc has no scratches, and the game play has no jumps or gliches.

Brings back memories
Love KOTOR and it brings back so many memories
I was thrilled when I found it for this low price and came in with no issues at all.
They just don't mak'em like they used to...
I played this game on an original Xbox when it first came out, and loved it. An actual RPG in the Star Wars Universe, where virtually every decision you make influenced either Light Side or Dark Side alliance. Certainly, todays games feature better graphics, but few storylines are as compelling or well told. The game developers caught my attention when they decided to release this game for tablets, hopefully to determine if developing a new SW-RPG for this generation of consoles would gain any traction. This time around, I played it on my Xbox 360. While some of the game's original features were no longer available (the 360 does not allow download of previously purchased DLC for original Xbox) it was still worth the replay. I'm really hoping that Disney and Bioware can get together and develop a single player RPG set in the Star Wars Universe for players who are either sick of, or simply don't like the multi-player PVP crap that eventually ruined The Old Republic online MMO. Who knows, if they decide not to develop a new game for Star Wars Universe fans, I may wind up playing this one again in another 8 years.Read full review...

Excellent gaming experience for any Star Wars fan.
I got hooked on Bioware's unique and incredible games with Mass Effect 2 for PS3. From there, of course I had to play Mass Effect, and it was the sole driving reason behind purchasing an Xbox 360. After playing through each a few times, I was itching for another singular gaming experience. Enter: KotOR. I had to search a bit to find a copy, and this one was just the right price at under $20. I was a little hesitant at the fact that it was an older game, and might not live up to the amazing look and feel of the Mass Effect universe. But in playing the game, one quickly begins to see the game for its total effect, and not just the outdated graphics.
The voice acting is excellent, and Bioware never disappoints with a storyline that takes a player on an engaging journey. The gameplay itself is fun, and becoming a Jedi is a nice carrot to get through some of the slower parts.
Overall, there's nothing that I can really say to convey what an incredible experience this game is. For anyone who enjoys classic role-playing and decision based games, and of course any Star Wars fan, this game is well worth owning and playing. And playing again.Read full review...
Such an awesome game for all star wars fans who want to become jedi/sith!
I have played this game many a time and have always found something new in it to keep me curious and wanting to play over and over again.
The ability to start from nothing and to become a true jedi or sith. The game allows both paths to be taken and it is not so easy to get it like newer games seem to be allowing. It challenges you on many choices and what to say to people.
The depth of the game to me is the real catch. Who cares if it is on the original xbox, the story is still very deep and makes you want to keep going to see where it will take you and if you had taken the right path. Graphics may be a little outdated, but again, old game, and even compared the newer games of this genre; the story takes the cake on this one!
To me; this was the stepping stones for Mass Effect's game play.Read full review...
