The model I received does NOT support ONVIF/RTPS protocol
The camera works good with Android App, however, the product literature states that it is ONVIF 2.0 compliant which it is not. This camera with model (C9F0SeZ0N0P7L0) that I received does not support Real Time Publish Subscribe (RTPS) which means it will not work with other software packages. This is my third device like this, the other two work great! But I did not realize that the model number (which is different for this one) would not support the RTPS protocol. Yes. I had to think more than usual to set it up but then I did figure it out. The camera gets the password for your network from the audio on you your phone. You must use their app to make it work. All of a sudden, hookup and then the fun begins. Great camera for the money. Better than expected. Pans, tilts, zooms, & tons of presents in the app. Love it. Works well, dont believe the setup problems
I did my research and went against my judgement to order these cams. Had a belkin netcam before these and it sucked. I couldnt fathom dropping hundreds of dollars on a market with shoddy middle of the road products so I rolled the dice. I hava a limited technical background, so the setup comments concerned me. I didnt use the instructions and within 16 minutes had two cameras wirelessly dialed in and working. Picture and functionality are on point here. We will see if they last but my initial feedback is that this is a great, easy to use, and affordable option.Read full review

Getting these camers to connect to wifi.
The best way to make sure you can connect using wifi is to place the camera VERY close to your wifi router initially. Once you make a connection, you can always unplug the camera and move it to a new location and it will synch up quickly after you plug it back into your power source.
Also, if you are using the cell phone audio to make the final connection with its high pitch tones, make sure it is in a very quiet area. It seems that any other noise in the area may keep the camera from hearing the tones from your cell phone or tablet. So, get close to your wifi router and keep it quiet when the tones are playing.Read full review

I like these cameras and use them mostly to check on my pets. It seems to have anomalies too much and one seems to keep clicking and it is the same one that has the anomaly the most. Like I said they are great for checking pets but I do not recommend them for home security.Read full review
