DROID TURBO 64GB
Outstanding phone. Obviously this battery is the best in the business, but like most manufacturers it doesn't give you the option to add an sd card, so get one that has plenty of memory....(min 64gb). But here is something that all you FoxFi fans want to hear. This is all you folks with the unlimited data plans with Verizon. Yes it does work. it doesn't work as a WiFi hotspot like it use to, however, it will work as an internet connection to your computer or other devices if you tether the phone to other devices. We currently save $60 a month on home internet $720 a year by tethering. The most recent updates of KitKat and Lollypop took out the Hotspot feature but you still have the work around by downloading PDANET+ to the phone and of course FoxFi app, and then downloading the desktop version of PDANET to your computer desktop. I am not a computer geek, if I can do it so can you. Hopefully down the road FoxFi hackers will fix a work around so tethering is not required. Slight hassle but at least your phone gets its charge topped off during the hook up.Read full review...

Razor Maxx- not
While the phone is light and easy to carry it will not update the phones software and will randomly change ring tones. It is also stated to have up to 21 hrs talk time. Not so. Fully charged and Idle it has a standby time of 22'30" Talk time and data use considerably less. Good back up phone but poor as a primaryRead full review...

Nice but flawed design
Over all I like the phone, but it is lacking in certain areas.
1:Only one antenna, really Motorola! How cheap of you. Can't be on the phone and internet at the same time.
2:Lack of Micro SD slot
3:Camera is crappy when shooting moving subjects.
4:It blocks mobile hotspot unless you're subscribed to Verizon's hotspot. Boo to Motorola and Verizon for that!
But other than the fore mentioned complaints it's a good phone.
I love the battery life, HD screen,
3 GB of RAM, 805 CPU, Adreno 420 GPU, I especially love the voice commands without having to touch the phone at all.Read full review...

The droid turbo is one the best android phones ive had. I love the screen size and the battery seems to last forever, its better signal in my house than most of the phones I have owned in the past, and it's pretty fast to. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that there is no sd card slot which is likely a deal breaker for some people.Read full review...

Great hardware, but flaws in Moto's Android overlay
Love the phone's battery, look, & responsiveness. So far, I haven't missed the micro SD card slot (though I thought I would). Moto's Android 5.1 overlay does not include a "Close All" option when you touch the Recent Apps button. I miss that. I also greatly miss the ability to choose a Home Screen that is in the center of my Home Screens. Moto forces the Home button to be the FAR LEFT of your Home Screens, requiring 5 swipe rights to if you have 5 home screens. (My Samsung Galaxy phones allowed me to designate the center of 5 screens as the Home screen.) Maybe they expect you to set up group shortcuts. Other than that, I've been quite happy with the Motorola Droid Turbo.Read full review...

The main reason I wanted to write this review is because I read that the camera on the Motorola Droid Turbo wasn't good. Well, I would like to set the records straight about the Turbo's camera. My last phone was the Droid Incredible which was a good reliable phone that I was happy to own. When I replaced my Incredible with the Droid Turbo I was absolutely amazed and regretted waiting so long to make the switch.
First off, THE CAMERA ROCKS! Like I said, my last phone was the Droid Incredible, and the Incredible's camera was OK. But The Droid Turbo takes STUNNING pictures. The colors, the shades, unbelievable. Ever tried to capture the beauty of the dusk sky, the pinks, blues, and grays. Well I have and I have always been disappointed, until now. The Turbo's camera is an absolute beast! I have read that the Turbo's "slow motion" feature was really terrible too. Well it works fine for me, and I'll likely never use it again after testing it by doing a slow motion test video of a ball dropping. Kind of a useless feature, but it does work well.
Then there's the overall phone, outside of the camera. What an amazing victory in technology. Flicking my wrist to turn on the flashlight is helpful feature. Flicking my wrist to turn on the camera has proven to be very valuable, I do it all the time (I have kids). No more rushing to get a camera shot. I flick my wrist a couple of times and the camera instantly turns on, ready to take a picture in a couple of seconds, touch the screen anywhere to snap the shot. No more fumbling, juggling, things around to get 2 hands on the phone to navigate through screens to get to the camera.
The Turbo's hot spot also blows away the Incredible's. The Turbo's 4G reception is awesome. I am picking up strong 4G in places that used to be dead zones for me.
The Turbo's 2.7 Gig processor is insanely fast. This phone is such a pleasure to use it's unbelievable. It's just so very fast going between screens, apps, whatever. Lightning fast!
And oh yeah, the battery life, are you kidding me. The Turbo's goes for hours and hours unplugged while being used as a 4G hotspot, running all my devices, computers, and Netflix on my TV, and still has plenty of battery life to last for the rest of the day.
I'm am officially declaring myself "trans-lifeform", and am announcing my love for the Motorola Droid Turbo, as well as announcing my intention to marry the device (in a small private ceremony).
If you're on the fence due to the bad reviews I too read before buying my Turbo, take my advice, don't believe the poor reviews, they are a bunch of nonsense, buy this phone. The Motorola Droid Turbo is the best phone ever! Happy I got that off my chest. Enjoy.
(I forgot to mention that the screen is shockingly brilliant, the colors, the clarity, jaw dropping)Read full review...

Droid Turbo 32gig Ballistic Nylon
Have had this piece for over a week now and still find it more and more impressive. I have to work really hard to run out the battery. I have found that, even with heavy usage, I can rely on this set to last well into two days. Ballistic nylon? Makes me feel like I have an AR-15 in the palm of my hand. It has a good "heft"... feels like solid machinery. MACHINERY. Performance? I can't say enough. Lightning fast! Wastes no time responding to my demanding orders. I work in a fast paced, dirty, and unforgiving environment, yet this set keeps up, maintains style, yet refuses to be stunned. This set is a "Digital Firearm". The camera is phenomenal. I take technical "photo records" every day, and when I need to zoom in on some minute detail - it's there! Music sounds great as well. All in all, I am still learning how to tame this thing. I highly recommend this set for anyone is not timid, or afraid to wield power. I'll bet money, that I'll not need to upgrade this gun for couple of years. Thank you Motorola. Job well done.Read full review...

Most powerful phone per dollar ratio out there!
The battery is great, supposedly the best this generation.
Hardware-wise, this phone is everything you need and more. Great, high-resolution screen, all other hardware at top notch this generation.
Comes with a lot of bloatware; however, if you are a Verizon customer, then it could be a plus, as they provide a lot of extra services (nothing you can't get on your own, however). If you are just looking for a plain Android experience and customized to your own liking, then it's still relatively easy to remove the Verizon bloatware without affecting the phone. Features like detecting when you're looking or the easily accessed flashlight via karate chop are great quality of life add-on's as well.
At $600 off-contract and $300-400 on eBay, is it definitely at the top for the best phone for its value.Read full review...
Not a bad phone
I really like the phone overall. The display and the camera are top notch. My biggest complaint is the speaker on this phone. My droid Maxx absolutely destroyed it is far as volume and sound quality go. I think anyone should be able to be heard in the shower if you're playing music. This one I can not. I would say to my ear it is about half as loud as my droid Maxx. If you are getting this phone to play music on there are others out there better. I've never heard a better phone than my max for sound but everything else on this phone is a1 top notchRead full review...

Great Little Phone
I bought it for the size and color. Fell in love with all of its features. Dropped mine in water, thus another one purchased within a month. In water, had nothing, then bowl of rice, then in the window in the sun. After 1/2 hour of pampering, all of the phone back good, except the home button. Not bad for being submersed in waterRead full review...

This has been a great upgrade. The phone is fast and has a way better battery life than my old S3. I can't go a full two days, but it easily lasts all day with my use. Wireless charging is a nice feature especially in my car where I have an Iottie dash holder. I would recommend it and may get another one to replace my wife's phone.Read full review...
