A technology troglodyte's dream come true

I love being able to compose text messages quickly with a full keyboard. I love that it's small but has a large positionable screen because of the way it flips open, candy-bar style. Definitely an upgrade from my LG flip phone from the early 2000's. Sucks if you don't use Verizon because there are a few Verizon-only features in the software, but at the same time, I'm happy that I can use it on the Tracfone system, which ironically uses the Verizon cell towers but I'm not paying Verizon the ridiculous Smartphone prices for this obviously-not-smart phone. It's also awesome that the battery lasts about three days between charges because I'm not actively using it more than 10 or 20 minutes a day.Read full review...

Like the phone

I like this phone as opposed to the newer slide phone with the smaller keyboard. However, it states this has a new battery and after only having it activated a month and a half, the battery drains through the day. When I had this same phone a few years ago with a new battery it lasted for days. Very disappointed!Read full review...

A texting machine with decent camera and two (2) display screens.

If, like me, you only talk and text, and do not wish to access the web, this phone is outstanding. I wish LG would re-issue this model or something similar with a better battery life.

Just as Good!

I had purchased this same phone 9yrs. ago.....Yes in March is was still in excellent condition, till I dropped it on a "solid wood floor". I'm disabled & loved the rubber coating for Grip, the flip open w/easy key pad, awesome camera,ect... So I started searching for another just like it (color,cond.,affordable). Verizon couldn't help me, paid over $100 9yrs. ago it was the "TOP of THE LINE" phone. Good Ol' eBay! shopped & saved, Purchased it for $50 w/1yr. warranty-Awesome Phone, Works Great-no problems, even sent an Extra Battery. I'm Good to Go! My Sister has to have the "Latest Model" just bought a Turbo Droid over $600 w/her very new trade in Razer Droid....on monthly payments next 2yrs. & My Lg Envi3 has the SAME Features & is smaller, better grip, better color-looks!Read full review...

"lightweight and easy to carry in a pocket"

My husband had this exact phone for many years until it wore out. He uses it for calls and texting and didn't want anything expensive or fancy. He loves it because he can easily carry it around in his pocket. These are no longer sold at stores so we decided to try ordering it on EBay. It was delivered within a few days, new, just as describe. He is very happy with his phone. If you are looking for a basic phone without a lot of bells and whistles, this is a good one.Read full review...

Low tech

I needed a "dumb" phone to replace my vx9800 when it finally wore out, so after looking around l chose this phone since it was very similar to the vx9800. Has a micro SD slot for memory, uses a standard USB charging/pc cable. I was able to load wallpapers and ring tones from my computer. Good signal quality and a good text interface.Read full review...

Excellent condition

Nice-looking phone. I like the size and the features. I like the ease of the texting keyboard and when I want to take a picture, the camera is easy to use and I can download them to my computer later.. I also use the calendar and alarm features pretty often to keep track of appointments, important events and deadlines.Read full review...

Back to basics!

It's a great phone for someone who wants just the basics in life, talk and text. While it still offers the ability to get on the web, that's not why I ordered it. New phones nowadays have too much going on with them. And I know this review might make me sound like a granny, but I'm only 22 years old. I don't enjoy staring at the screen of a phone all day and find it way easier to just type in the numbers and dial!Read full review...

EnV Me

Great phone! Love the protected components inside the clam shell, qwerty keys are tactile and easy to press. Blue phone looks good and both screens are excellent. Money well spent for a non smart phone purchase! Clam style shells are the best for small size, protection, and durability - fits easily in my front pocket too. Reception is also very good. Very good non smart phone purchase.Read full review...
