Rather disappointing nursing diagnosis book. Not a book worth investing in
I am presently a second year nursing student pursuing a BSC in nursing. The book nursing diagnosis by Carpenito was recommended by our tutor(as the nursing bible).The pocket book is handy especially when you want to use it on the ward but it is not very user friendly. It is limited in the sense that there is little or no intervention. Nursing care plans by Ladwig is a much better book to use. Many of my classmates regreted buying this book as it did not do much for them in terms of helping them to write a nursing diagnosis.They are still struggling. Smaller than I wanted but I like it.
I like that it is a small book, however, I was looking for the big book with more information. I decided to buy the book because I needed it for nursing school. I love that I can save about thirty dollars or more on each book I purchase on ebay.Read full review...
