  The staples arrived in excellent condition since the packaging kept contents from getting damaged. They were exactly as pictured and were in pristine condition. These were an excellent value since they have been discontinued. Shipping was reasonably priced and arrived very quickly. The seller was responsive when I asked a question before my purchase.   Well packaged, fast shipping and in brand new condition. These are my favorite mugs and I've just about worn out the original set I bought in 2009 so I was thrilled to find these available. Shipping cost was also a good value at less than $7. Some of the other listings are charging more than $20 for shipping, effectively doubling the cost of the mugs. Would purchase from this seller again!
