  Tho the seller took a bit to respond and never sent any shipping updates with delay and almost asked eBay to step in he did respond after that and sent another one as soon as the shipping was delayed and lost and owned up to the mistake which not many sellers do on this site I gave him another chance even tho I repurchased another set from someone else and arrived 2 days after I ended up forgiving this seller and will let it slide on this transaction for ownership band honesty Ty.   Seller did not delivered. Wanted me to cancel the item, then telling me that item was out of stock witch was a lie. Item was listed for $35.12 , then price drop to $19.39 After i placed order and paid for / at $19.39 , seller said it was a error. I got a refund BUT VERY MUCH NOT PLEASE. Buyers be aware.
