  The item was not as described & the size did not fit (too small), even though I ordered a size larger than I needed. The logal was not authentic. The item was not a cape coat. It looked more like a bathrobe. The seller told me to send the product back; but refused to give me an address I could actually use. I asked for a shipping label; but I only got a reply to buy more at reduced cost. I found this seller to be deceitful & not honest.

  Item took forever to get here, which I know isn’t the sellers fault, but I communicated and never heard anything back. The item came and it is simply just a stuff animal, not life like or animatronic at all. The grinch is also small and not tall like the listing states.
