    Poor communication. Slow to ship, paid for on July 11, shipped on July 16. Programmer was unusable because it was used to program another vehicle, which it was still tied to. Seller may or may not have known this, if he was not the one who used the programmer. Luckily, I was able to find one locally, brand new, for 25% cheaper.
