    I purchased the clock spring to replace one that had been in a crash. After my order arrived yoochida reached out to me, twice, to verify that I was satisfied with the product, but I hadn't installed it yet. Upon installation I discovered that some of my steering wheel controls were not working. I reached back to yoochida about it and they issued a refund very quickly. Even though the part did not work for me, the business practices of yoochida are excellent and they are very accommodating.
