    It was a smooth transaction and quick delivery. I shipped it to winter home and have not seen the packaging but told it arrived in good condition. Can't confirm quality as I will not get a chance to install until October. If quality is as commented in reviews it should be a great value and addition to our patio.

    Very nice recliner. Bought it for my 92 year old mother in a nursing home and she loves it. I did have a concern about the shipping. Apparently on of the boxes was held for a few days because of bad weather. The seller responded quickly to my concern and found the item and it arrived the very next day. They even contacted me to make sure it arrived. Would highly recommend this seller.
