  This is one of my favorite sellers I’ve bought from, my pot is in beautiful new condition as described in it’s listing and packaged very well. Seller was extremely kind and gave such good customer service as well as took off some cost to my shipping. This pots even more beautiful in person I’m nervous to use it I had been looking for over a year to find this color combo/designed heart pot so very happy but if I ever need another Dutch oven from this brand I’ll likely buy again from this seller

  Bought several items from this seller over the last few years. I was very happy until this last shipment. Item cracked during shipped from California to Delaware. Wife opened the box and the ceramic pot was cracked. Notified seller 2 months after Christmas due to the Holidays. You truly see a seller's true colors when something goes wrong. They gave me a blow off E-mail in response, I would never trust this seller to purchase another item. I have spent $500-1,000 with this seller.

  The cast iron dutch oven was not cracked per picture the buyer sent. Buyer send me a message & a picture of a used scratched up pot (looked like intended scratches) after 60 days of purchase stating that he wants a refund and a new smaller pot that is a different color. The claim was denied. Customer was trying to get a refund and a new pot. Terrible experience for a seller.
