  I was sent the wrong product from what was stated for sale! Attached is a photo of what I received which does not match the description or the picture that is posted on their page. I have contacted them and they told me to wait 1 week. It's been almost a month and they have not responded to any of my emails. I've asked for it to be replaced and I would return the wrong one they sent me.

  El vendedor no empacó el artículo correctamente. Era frágil y solo lo hecho en una bolsa sin ningún tipo de protección ni sello identificando que el artículo necesitaba manejo de cuidado, ya que era frágil. Me llegó roto, obvio, y cuando le hice la reclamación, me dijo que no era su culpa. Le pedí reembolso porque tampoco era mi culpa. Le dije que su responsabilidad era empacarlo correctamente y me ignoró. No me hizo nunca la devolución de mi dinero y tuve que abrir un caso.
