  I purchased a battery for my laptop weeks ago. It has not arrived. There is no way to contact the seller to request a refund. I would like a refund on the battery. I can't believe the seller has not negative feedback when there is no way to reach them. Makes me suspicious. I don't recommend buying from any seller that does not allow you to contact them.
