  Seller refused to ship order stating problem with our address but we have ordered from this seller before and they shipped to our address... Dishonest Sellers should not offer items for auction with no reserve if they won't ship them if they don't generate enough money... Buyers are not only forced to follow through with sale they are now charged with in an hour of end of auction by eBay and sellers... Seems pretty unfair to require only one half of the TWO involved to be accountable
