It was sold as a refurb unit, but every piece looks brand new to me. The box it arrived in was banged up, but everything inside was well packed and secure. I've bought several refurb items from Worx and I've had zero issues with anything. If you want a shiny brand new box, then go ahead and pay a big price. If you're like me and only care about what's inside the box, Worx refurb is a great deal.

I ordered the Replacement Spool Cap Cover on November 19th and received them by November 21st. I was able to start edging my lawn today!! Another bonus is that I received TWO replacement covers instead of only one, as pictured. However, they did not see me the item pictured in Retail packaging. Seller sent what appears to be 2 generic covers in a plain baggie from China with NO WORX BRANDING. THX

However, 1 of the small wheel assembly parts was missing due to the box not being properly sealed. I reached out to Customer Service and they express shipped the replacement. Now I have a brand new fully functional item at a reduced price!! I've owned one of these many years ago and highly recommend it as a top-notch, easy to use product for anyone!! 5-stars!! Thx!
