    Seller posted tracking a week before the item was shipped, then once it was shipped we had issues with it being shipped to the wrong address. They refused to send me a replacement machine unless I paid an extra $500 for shipping from China because they didn't have another in stock. After finally asking for a refund the seller ghosted me until the day before I was able to contact eBay for help with a refund. Be very careful in dealing with this person. Most stressful transaction ever.

    Hello, friend First, We have already booked the truck within one day of your purchase. But the logistics company did not pick up the goods on time, and we have urged them multiple times. Second, The BOL address we booked is correct. The shipping company confused the goods with other recipients and delivered them to the wrong address, which is not my fault. Third, We have lost the machine and lost the money, we are willing to refund you and no stock in US.
