Tape was lacking on box causing the loss of two screws & a washer in transit. A little more effort in the shipping/packing would avoid loss/damage. As sent, gives the impression they don't care about their products. Makes one wonder about the company & customer support. Only used it a couple of times so far. Appears to be a good product. Time will tell but as of now am happy with choice.
