    The Positive Feedback is for the BOOKS ONLY. The VENDOR was very rude when I asked to cancel the order , explaining it was time sensitive. Some emails went unanswered and were ignored. Emails from the VENDOR were very rude and condescending and overall VERY UNCOOPERATIVE. Especially when I asked to cancel the order and the books were STILL at that point in the VENDOR'S possession and hadn't been mailed out . All in all, the experience with this VENDOR was less than satisfactory & terrible.

    This customer, was a special one. I did take one week to pack and ship this order which is normally unacceptable. However an Act of God in the form of Hurricane Milton stood in the way. Order was placed on the Monday before the storm while I was prepping my home and evacuating my family. Milton made landfall on Wednesday. The customer demanded the order be canceled on Thursday. Power was not restored till Sunday. Postage was purchased and item was packed and shipped, cancellation was rejected.
