I reached out to the seller who did give me partial refund which made the experience better, but it was still not what I expected. Luckily, I do know how to root these plants and it was a strong cutting so I expect that it shoot root without any major problems. I will give this seller another chance in the future and hopefully will be able to report a better experience.

Kept checking up to make sure I was happy with my order. The item itself was as described although I'm not sure why the leaves are turning yellow when I am not over watering it at all. I'm actually watering it very little since it's a cactus. Either way this is a great seller and I would go back to buy more plants in the spring when the weather is conducive to shipping.
