Tracking by Royal Mail was useless and they marked the item as 'delivered' on 19th, causing me to panic and hunt everywhere as I didn't receive it. It was actually delivered on 21st, within timescale. Royal Mail are useless, particularly at tracking, but that's not the seller's fault. Well done seller. Thank you. :-)
