Hello and welcome to the Store ! When an item is returned for "defective / not working" it makes my store look bad. I have had one or two returns over the years where the buyer claimed a defect and when I got it back it worked fine. My rep takes a hit and I am out the return postage. Current Return Policy: I will deduct the return postage I pay from the refund owed if there is actually nothing wrong with the item when get it back. In addition a 15% restocking fee will be withheld.
