    The seller went beyond the call of duty to keep me happy with my purchase. The package arrives, according to FedEx, but I did not receive the package. My complex believes that someone came and stole the package. There were many other packages that were missing this particular day. I contacted the seller and they immediately resent my package, using a different carrier this time. They also made sure that the package was not delivered in the entryway foyer, but placed in the Luxer Unit.

The shipping is the opposite; the packaging was late according to the shipping company which also as expected. Delivery by this company is consistent in its delivery always a day late after delivery notification. The items were left in my roadside mailbox as opposed to my deck where all packages are expected.
