  I would definitely purchase from this seller again. Item was exactly as described but it arrived broken & I couldn't use the phone case. I messaged the seller & they responded quickly; they offered to either resend another phone case or to give me a refund. I really wanted this particular Silver 3D Heart Phone Case so I asked for a replacement to be sent. Thankfully, the 2nd one arrived quickly & I'm pleased with my purchase.

  Color is ALOT paler in color in person which was a bit disappointing, especially since the item description shows a photo that’s vibrant rich and pink . But overall it’s a decent case my niece will like it regardless because “unicorns.” Seller was great and shipped so fast with tracking and the case was packaged great too.
