The box it arrived in was crushed and the item was wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap. In an ideal world, that might have been enough, but the post office isn’t always the ideal. The broken neck isn’t a terrible problem because the rubber around the interior broken armature is enough to keep the head upright. The price of the item was fine and the seller did communicate well. Just maybe a stiffer cardboard would help.
