  The purchase logistics were great and the item arrived quickly - but the product was larger than the size it was described to be, therefore not acceptable for me. After a brief delay in response from the vendor due to personal emergency, I received a full refund for my purchase and the gracious offer to “keep the watch” even though it was the wrong size. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of this transaction though I would be sure to ask for size verification before purchasing again.

  Item was specified as a Medium which it was clearly not when it arrived, nor did it include a tag to verify. Attempted to resolve with the seller and they were unwilling to accept a return for a mislabeled item, followed by being non responsive when continuing communication regarding the issue. I was more than willing to cover shipping but seller was unwilling to budge on an item where they mislabeled the size.

  The measurements were clearly stated, and I answered all your questions before and after you received the coat. It also states in my listings that I do not accept returns. It also states that the label was not in the Jacket just the North Face label. I appreciate that you wanted to cover return shipping, but I had already spent $11 to send it to you! Sorry you were not able to use the coat regardless. I am not a company just an individual selling items.
