    The picture was wrapped in thin craft paper the paper on the back holding the print in shredded it was so brittle the print had fallen out of the frame during transport because it was not stable & ripped to pieces and the little strip of bubble wrap protected nothing ! I have never had an art piece wrapped so flimsy! The others I got were mailed in a box you charged me $25.20 for ship. I want my ship pay back so I can fix this piece that I wanted I also asked you a question you never answered!

    Unfortunately the picture was damaged during shipping BUT a Full refund was issued. We were NOT giving the opportunity to fix the problem before the negative feedback was left.
