  I bought a ssentsy bar and it arrived not as described. If was old, and had melted in the packaging, inside and out. I reached out to the seller to "make things right" but they said mail the bar back its a slimy mess even under regular temperatures. Buyer beware

  I did "make things right" as I offered a full refund once I received the item back. A prepaid shipping label was sent. The buyer was out no money. As mentioned in my sale post, I am not responsible for items melting from the heat during shipping. I had purchased the items direct from Scentsy and then sold it to this buyer. There was no issue upon leaving my hands. I don't even normally offer refunds of any kind, so I more than "made this right". Sellers Beware
