    Thank you for your positive review. My apologies for any discomfort. The purse belonged to my mom, and she is a fashionista who loves her clothes and bags. She does not smoke and is in a smoke free home. I have had one or two comments before, and I think it is a perfume or make up. I still smelled some of the original leather as well. Just wanted to say thank you again for your patronage, reassure you no nicotine would be present, and I do hope you enjoy the MK bag :)
