Package arrived from Amazon (I purchased on Ebay) and INCLUDED a purchase receipt for $19.99 when I paid $33.49 on Ebay to them. I was looking for this item on both sites and missed it on Amazon. Well, they got me. Lesson learned. Do not buy from this person!

I have even asked him for the tracking number and he ignores me, I already opened a dispute in PayPal which he so irresponsible has not even answered

When I ordered it a few weeks ago, all seemed well that it would arrive in time for the housewarming party. I was given a window of dates when the delivery would be arriving. Come the deadline date, no shower curtain. I made it clear to the seller not to cancel the order and to let me know if it is just late. They sent me a response stating that it must be lost in the mail, cancelled it and admitted it was out of stock.
