  The package arrived in good condition & fish were bagged well. Fish seem healthy & doing good. I’m in the USA & we received the fish on day 3 after being shipped from Thailand. No complaints about seller. Seller communicates well & answers all questions I’ve had. I would recommend!

  I bought many time with this seller but this time will be last time I do. He send a sick fish and try to scam me . When I’m find out the reason and he try to give me a hard time to get back my refund. If I want to get me refund I need to return a fish but the fish need to be alive how I can do that ! I’m a buyer not a seller. Not recommend for everybody to do with him. Thank you

  The shop confirmed that the fish that left the shop were not sick as the customer claimed. The shop fasted before shipping every time before shipping to the country of origin. Therefore, the fish sent must be healthy. Basic care is not difficult. But the customer refused to do it. Came back to ask for a refund from the shop. Refunded some money to the customer, another 40%. But the customer refused to return. The customer wanted the fish and all the money.
