    Fast Shipping - Same or Next Day - Different Options For Shipping Whichever Best For You! No Hassle Returns! This statement is a lie. I bought the item, didn't like it because small size and returned it. The return was refused and now it's back here with me. The No Hassle Returns! clearly in the description was not honored. Now the mug is sitting here for a high price and I do not want it. Ask lots of questions before you buy anything on eBay especially this seller. You might also get stuck!!!

    BUYER'S CLAIM IS FALSE !! Return was not refused. I provided a fast refund within 24 hrs of the return request to the Buyer. I allowed the Buyer to keep the mug to avoid me paying the return shipping cost of $11 for an $8 Mug (therefore buyer received their money back plus was allowed to keep the mug for free). Also, my listing provided the height/width measurements of the mug, not sure why the Buyer said mug was smaller than expected when the measurements were clearly shown.
