  The doll was just in a plastic bag with bubble wrap over the box window only. The box was slightly damaged. For $9.99 shipping, I expected it to be protected in a box. I did not contact them as I did not want the hassle of shipping it back.

  Beware!!! Seller posted free shipping to lure me to make the purchase. The photo of the actual item in hand which made me believe the item was ready to be shipped. My order has a shipped status because a shipping label was created not that anything was shipped. The USPS tracking of my order is still awaiting item and the seller communicated that I will be waiting for another month. Seller refused to cancel my order. This is fraud! Where is my stuff?!!!

  so much wrong with this... 1st. How is me having free shipping "luring you"?2nd. I had a photo of the cup (am I supposed to have a blank photo or a photo of a lemon?)3rd. If buyer actually red the description, they'd see that I clearly wrote "ships by the 28th of November"4th. Yes I communicated with the buyer that it would take around a month, because that is what I also stated in the description.5th. I refused to cancel the order because I don't do returns for reasons that arent my fault.
