  Very disappointed with seller and item. Item was marked NEW, however upon receiving the item, the package was very clearly opened and repackaged and taped with scotch time. Worse, the item was broken with missing pieces. I am giving two stars for communication because the seller did offer to take a few dollars off and suggested some type of fix for the broken parts, however very clearly fraudulently claimed the item was new. Item was purchased on 1/21 and item was not shipped until 2/7.

  Figure box was folded to fit into the shipping box. Caused the figure to be damaged. Also fairly certain this was a knockoff, due to the irregular/missing paint. Contacted seller, who wouldn't really comment on the authenticity of the figure, and downplayed the damaged to the product. Offered $5 refund, which I declined, but they sent it anyway. More trouble than it's worth to deal with returning it.
