    This item was supposed to be brand new. When it arrived it was all scratched up and dented, because they didn’t put it in a box to ship. It was only wrapped in plastic with a label on it. I contacted the seller to see if they would make it right with giving me $50 (10%) discount for it not arriving in new condition. They gave me $10 which doesn’t even cover taxes. Who ships stuff like this knowing it will be damaged on arrival?

    We do not sell used or damaged heavy equipment parts. As you can tell by the 5700 parts we have sold on Ebay. This heavy equipment idler is brand new with a scratch from shipping. It happens sometimes and we apologized. We offered to get the idler back and refund him. He wanted $50.00. Nuff said. God Bless.

    Vendor cancelled order, stated they couldn't complete transaction due to shipping expense. Bottom line they wouldn't make a profit because of the shipping cost. They listed the item as free shipping. Vendors such as these should have done a cost benefit analyst before listing items for sale. Changes in shipping expenses necessitate reevaluation of offerings, however, not at the expense of the customer.

    That is not what we told you. We said that we were out of the Aftermarket wheels. We tried to send OEM wheels. You had a bad address. We cancelled the order.
