  The description stated no damage, and even after asking the seller directly if there was any chips, cracks, damage, or repairs, and they assured me there were none,.. one of the figurines had a piece missing. I asked for a partial refund, but they wanted me to ship them both back, risking both having further damage and the loss of a refund. Why should I have to go to all of this trouble when it was the sellers mistake??
