    Poor customer service! Bought item on 7/4. Paid for item on 7/4. Seller didn’t bother to ship item until 7/8. Item wasn’t delivered until 7/16. If shipping was free, I wouldn’t be complaining. But when I’m charged $15 for shipping, I expect to receive the item within 5 days of payment, not 12 days after payment! And to top it off, I open the box and seller used shredded newspaper clippings as filler, which went everywhere as soon as I tried to remove the item from the box. Not impressed! 😡
