  The product was wrapped in the grey mailing plastic bag WITHOUT any protection. When it arrived it was loose and with either color/water marks on the boxes, maybe new means no one used before, but the product was not properly packaged and protected. A NEGATIVE feedback fits the process and practice. How you package a product is how you treat/respect your customer.
