The seller's communication was the best I've had on this app. I got updates when it was shipped, when the delivery schedule got hastened, and when the package arrived. The ebay app only notified me when the package was shipped (and still says it has yet to arrive). At each step someone checked if I had questions or concerns. If I need something and they're selling it at a generally competitive price, I'm buying from them for the good service

It confused me at first because it arrived in an Amazon box, made me wonder if I had ordered one from Ebay and one from Amazon and had just forgotten.     I was quite sure this was a scam, but lo & behold the notebook arrived as if it was purchased with Amazon Prime, and alas... that is exactly what happened! WTFk?? The customer service with this eBay seller seems to be completely Bot based, & I am not sure how they do it but basically they are somehow linked with Amazon and when you order the item here on eBay, which was a Nitoms S4150 STALOGY 365 Days Notebook, at a very competitive price I might add at $21.47 ,it arrives via an Amazon van.
