WTFk?? The customer service with this eBay seller seems to be completely Bot based, & I am not sure how they do it but basically they are somehow linked with Amazon and when you order the item here on eBay, which was a Nitoms S4150 STALOGY 365 Days Notebook, at a very competitive price I might add at $21.47 ,it arrives via an Amazon van.
