  I earlier, due to frustration of a delayed shipment, blamed the seller for the late shipment although USPS was to blame. Due to the late delivery, TMVO credited me $10 off my purchase which shows an incredible response to be understanding of their customer s frustration and tried whatever they could to aleviate the negatie experience into a positive one. I want to thank TMVO for the actions they took. In my opinion, it was way out and beyond my expectations. Very grateful!
