    This is a good seller, we have so many issues with this perches. and all was my fault. first I made the perches without reading the descriptions. but then the seller contacted me asking me if I had read the item's description. I said no so he informed me about the issue that I had overlooked so I was able to cancel the order and purchase another one. and it arrived in record time Via UPS. then my son said it was the wrong model I contacted the sell and he asked me to return it for a full refund
