  I was trying to buy this item after an exhausting amount of time investigating and comparing prices. I would like to say that I appreciate how they communicated with me and let me know that the product was damaged and would have any new for 5-6 weeks. The fact that they'd try to send it to me anyway and deny that it was damaged meant more than anything. I appreciate the integrity this seller has and personally feel safe, and I would wait for another considering. Pricing was below average

  Excellent seller communication. Responded quickly to resolve shipping partner error. Usps tracking number provided said delivered but was not for me per usps. Seller promptly had item delivered then via amazon. Poor packaging by amazon shipper. Original box was damaged in shipping bag.
