  Needed very lightweight chair for one person removal/replacement in vehicle. Chair very lively and weight appears accurate. Handles bumps less than hoped when set on higher speeds. Hard plastic seat required obtaining a small chair cushion for long-hours use. Arm length shorter than expected. Seller performance excellent. Very communicative, well packaged, promptly shipped.   Item is listed as having lithium batteries which I need because to transport it I have to lay it sideways in the trunk of the car. To be safe I contacted seller to make sure that it doesn't acid type batteries because you don't want to lay them sideways because the acid can leak out and get on the wheelchair and in the trunk of your car. Seller did get back to me and it does have the acid type batteries not lithium and he cancelled the sale. It took few days for the credit to show on my account

  I ended up having to return this item because it wasn't quite the size we thought it would be. (My dad had a terrible time fitting into it, and he's only 5' 3". I think this was more for younger people.) That said, the quality was honestly pretty good. Shame there are no safety locks, however. (Really stupid design for a wheelchair.) The seller, however, was excellent. Packed it well, shipped it fast, and gave me ZERO issues when returning and refunded quickly. Highly recommended!

  Customer service. The wheelchair was of good quality, and everything worked well. The problem was that it arrived with no charger. After many emails, it was determined that they would send me a charger, which I still don't have. They kept telling me to send them a picture. I didn't know what they wanted a picture of. After asking two or three times, they finally said "of the item received," so I sent them a picture of the wheelchair, which it seemed was all they wanted. They said OK.
