RATES

HOWEVER You need to use the CART METHOD and NOT the BUY IT NOW.
HERE ARE THE STEPS:


Put items in cart. On top right click on Request total. You will be taken
to the next screen where it will shop items in your cart. Click on Commit to=
buy and submit request to Seller.
At that point I will get your request and I will adjust the shipping.

This method will not work on the Phone AP so you will have to get to a laptop or you will have to send me a screen shot of your order and I will set up a private listing for you.

Please note: If you don't do it this way, I cannot refund as you
will have paid sales tax on the higher amount and I will have paid commission
to ebay.
