    The Crocs were in 100% excellent condition. Actually, this is a second listing because the USPS actually lost the shoes. The seller cancelled and refunded quickly. The seller went to the Post Office and filed missing mail forms. Then, the shoes arrived after all. We called eBay advice. The seller relisted as "pick-up only" and I was able to pay for the Crocs.
