  The box had a worn look and that alone let me know that the product wasn't brand new. The stickers that are supposed to go on the car were stuck all over the inside of the box and on the plastic bags, making them unusable. Obviously, the item had already been opened and tampered with. I emailed the seller days ago and I have gotten no response.

  Sorry I was on extended vacation for late response. Your item was brand new when shipped and it is ridicules that someone opened it just to mess with decals. I have sold over 75 new Lego sets without issue. It appears it was beat up in shipping & was really shaken for issue described. It was insured & if it was that bad; a claim could have been filed. Wish you could have posted pictures to show what you described. you emailed on dec 29 & left neg fb just 2 days later during holiday weekend.

  It was scary to buy $ 10.- items with $ 80.- shipping cost. But they arrived in undamaged package. Haven't hooked them up yet, fingers crossed!
