    Good experience and fast shipping! Very happy with the printer. Providing a tracking code would be ideal when purchasing this kind of item but was notified by Fedex after a couple days—maybe adding in the description that the item is actually tracked but you do not provide the tracking information, might be better.

    I ordered a printer, my credit card was charged, and I received an order confirmation. The next day, this seller told me the price was significantly higher than what I agreed to. Before reversing the charge (a refund), Honest Deals offered me a less expensive printer at its normal market price. I demanded a refund. On the cancellation, Honest Deals lied by stating that I cancelled the order. Sellers can not accept orders, collect the purchase price, and then raise the price or refuse to deliver.

    We apologize for the pricing error. Yes, although rare, pricing mistakes can and do happen. This IS what occurred - a eBay pricing error. We did NOT intend to deceive the buyer. No, we are NOT scammers! Apparently, the new year for this buyer has gotten off to a rough start! We wish him a happy and calm new year!
