  I ordered 14 pin connector for a customer that I'm doing some repairs in his vehicle and I received a totally different item, when I contacted the seller, he said that was a mistake on their behalf and offered to send the correct item again, but my customer can't wait for that part to be sent, so I requested a refund, no response from seller, that's not right!!!
