  Thank you for a great product at a great price , works excellent and very eficianlty would recond product but not the courier service , the parcel was left at the front door with the packaging completely busted open and will send pictures of how it was left . But charger was undamaged .

  I read a lot of reviews about these products and noted that many commented that the battery was lighter than the equivalent Ryobi battery, and therefore were dubious about it's running time. My new battery is labelled as 5.5Ah as opposed to my old Ryobi 5Ah. My new battery weighs 80gm less than my old Ryobi battery. Time will tell as to whether it is less efficient or not, but so far it works exactly as described. Communication was great, delivery prompt, and can't fault the price.
